Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet treats, all sales are final and we do not accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your popcorn, please contact us at popnballs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We are committed to our customers and will work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or a refund.
